Thank you so much for commissioning me - I appreciate your business! Below are my Terms of Service. By choosing to commission me, you acknowledge that you read the following Terms of Service, and accept them.
Terms of Service
By agreeing to commission me, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, or considered a legal adult in your country of residence.
I withhold the right to reject or cancel any commission request without explanation. Upon a cancelation, if you have not yet received your rough draft, you will receive a full refund. If a cancelation occurs after you receive your rough sketch, you may receive a partial refund. The amount varies on a case by case basis.
Commissions will be sold to you via digital goods only (ie., png, jpeg, psd, or pdf file.) If you have a preference for the final deliverable file type, please let me know! I do not offer prints or delivery of prints as a service.
I retain creator copyrights of the image / writing piece, but you can repost, use, and display the commission for personal use only. You forfeit the right to resell or alter the commission and you cannot use the commission for commercial means, knowingly use the piece for AI training, nor use it for NFT trading or selling.
You agree to make the payment in full before the rough draft is provided. Once the rough draft is shown, no full refund or change of content or subject matter will be available.
Payments will be made in USD via a Paypal invoice I send to you. If you are due a refund, please email me so we can schedule a Paypal chargeback and work out costs. For ease of return, do not send a chargeback without prior contact.

To determine your final commission cost, add your desired à la carte options together. (For example, a Lineart & Flat Color commission with 2 Characters (Full-Body) and a Complex Background costs $205. A Black & White Sketch of a single, Full-Body Chibi with a solid color background would cost $15.)

My Commission Pipeline & Expectations
Please provide visual reference for your commission request. If you don't have an existing visual reference of your original character(s), a fee will be applied to help brainstorm a look.
Artwork Roughs: After payment is complete, I will usually generate a pose rough, if a pose wasn't decided on previously. After the pose is approved, I will supply a "rough" draft of the artwork to make sure you like the result so far. If you have requests to change major colors, expressions, or proportions for the artwork, this is the stage to let me know. Once the rough draft is approved by you, the final artwork will be delivered soon after.
For Cell-Shaded Artworks: Typically, I have one more "check-in" stage for cell-shaded commissions, where I will run the lineart by you, as well as the flat colors. Please let me know if colors are what you expect here, and you can also ask for minor changes to the lines, if needed (minor changes are things like facial likeness, or missing accessories, etc.) Once you approve this look, the final artwork will be delivered soon afterwards.
Once you receive and approve of the final artwork, no further edits are available. Additionally, after receiving the final artwork, no refund will be available.
Timeliness is important to me! You will receive your final artwork within 2-4 business weeks after you approve the rough sketch. It is unlikely, but if I anticipate it will take longer than 4 weeks, you will be promptly notified. If a commission is needed sooner than 2 business weeks for a particular date, a rush fee will be paid before the final art is finished.
I am OPEN to questions regarding image content, stylization preferences, lighting/mood requests, etc. BEFORE the rough is drafted. Please minimize changes post-rough to avoid additional charges.
Until further notice, I will not be taking any writing commissions at the moment.
